Project
The aim of the project was to design a trophy/relief that could be manufactured in 3D printing. It would be given to the winners at the Aragón Investiga Awards gala, in recognition of people, companies and entities that help and promote research in Aragón.
Fases
Documentation: Symbology of Aragon, 3D printing manufacturing processes and trends in trophy design.
Conceptualisation
Development: 3D modelling and presentation.
The outline of the Autonomous Community of Aragón has been abstracted and the provinces separated.
Together they form a pyramidal volume reminiscent of a rock formation. Characteristic of the community are the Pyrenees and the Moncayo.
The trophy has a presence, with very sharp edges, and gives the winner the feeling of being valued for all his work.
The brief of the project were based on the competition for the design of a Trophy/Relief for Aragón Investiga.
It was the winning design and is currently awarded to young people, companies and institutions of Aragón in an annual gala.
